Ninjaman could be joining Vybz Kartel in prison for murder, a judge ruled.

A short while ago the judge in Ninjaman’s case ruled that the prosecutor presented enough evidence that Ninjaman, his son, Janeil and Dennis Clayton could have been involved in the murder of Ricardo Johnson.

This means that Ninjaman and his co-defendants will have to answer to the prosecutor’s case to prove their innocence.

Presiding judge Justice Martin Gayle ruled that the prosecutor’s 7 witnesses which included 3 civilians were credible.  As a result, the judge rejected Clayton’s attorney legal arguments that his client had no case to answer.

The attorney for Ninjaman and his son chose not to make no case submissions.  So as it stands, all the defendants will have to put on cases to prove they are not guilty.

If Ninjaman and his defendants are proven guilty, Ninja could be joining Vybz Kartel in prison to serve a life sentence.

Ninjaman is currently in the hospital after suffering a heart attack.  He gave his attorney permission to continue the trial outside of his presence.
