Ninja Man’s is back in jail and his murder trial as begun.  Yesterday a 7 member jury was chosen and the case began today.

The prosecutor outlined the case against Ninja man and his two co-defendants in today’s opening statements in court.

Ninja Man whose real name is Desmond Ballentine was arrested and charged in 2009 along with his son, Janeil, and another man, Dennis Clayton, for the fatal shooting of Ricardo Johnson that same year.

If Ninja Man is found guilty he would join fellow dancehall artist, Vybz Kartel, in prison.  Munga Honorable another dancehall artist is also currently in jail awaiting trial for murder.
