When 18 Karat Reggae first released the news that Vybz Kartel’s wife was pregnant for Mavado, many thought it was just a rumor.

Less than two weeks after the news release, Vybz Kartel just happens to release a new song and the title is no other than “Pregnant”.

In the song Vybz Kartel asks the question, “Tanesha a pregnant yuh pregnant?”  It just happens that Kartel’s wife name is Tanesha “Shorty” Williams.

We know Shorty’s pregnancy got terminated.  Friends inside her camp say it was a miscarriage but many believe it might have been an abortion.

Mavado did not deny or confirm that Shorty’s pregnancy was for him but many gully fans are adamant that the gully god would never stoop to that level.

Before the song Pregnant, Kartel also released another song dissing Shorty; that song is called Don’t Come Back.
